All Indonesia is the official digital arrival card that every traveller entering the country has to submit — Indonesian citizens and foreign visitors alike. It's built and operated by Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi, Indonesia's immigration authority, and replaced what used to be a paper form filled out on the plane.

I was the PIC (person in charge) developer on this project — most of the engineering work moved through me, across all three surfaces. I built the traveller-facing front end in React, the back-end services in Spring Boot, and owned the admin web portal end to end so immigration staff can run day-to-day operations.

A form a stranger has to finish correctly on a phone, in an airport queue, on patchy wifi — and a back end trustworthy enough to hold up at international scale, every single day.

• Built the traveller-facing form in React — the flow every arriving passenger completes on their own phone.
• Built the back-end services in Spring Boot, including the data pipeline the daily submission volume runs through.
• Owned the admin web portal end to end, front end and back end, so immigration staff can review submissions and run operations.
